Ramon Segismundo is the CEO of One HRX and is a 2023-2024 Fellow of the Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute. Previosly, he was SVP, HR & Corporate Services- Manila Electric Company; VP, HR-Asia Pacific- Wyeth/Pfizer (Pharmaceuticals and Global Nutrition) Pennsylvania, USA; VP, HR-International of GlaxoSmithKline, London, UK; and VP, HR-Asia Pacific- GlaxoSmithKline,  Singapore. Ramon has a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the Singapore Management University (SMU); an MBA, University of the Philippines; certificate in executive coaching certification,  Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. He is a member of the SMU International Advisory Council; Chairman of the Strategic HR Committee of the Management Association of the Philippines and a part-time faculty of the Graduate School of Business of De La Salle University (Philippines) focused on Strategic Management. Ramon resides in Singapore with his wife, Maria Iren. They have two adult children, one based in Singapore and the other in the USA.
